Production time: 1 to 30 days

Lead times are affected by:
• availability of the model in stock
• complexity of personalization
• production workload
After placing an order, we will inform you of the current lead times specifically for your item.
Payment and Delivery
Payment methods:
• Standard orders: full payment or cash on delivery (with a 500 UAH prepayment).
• Personalization and custom models: 50% prepayment or full payment, at your choice.
• Personalized dial engravings: made exclusively with 100% prepayment.
Exchanges and returns
You may exchange or return the item within 14 days if it has not been used, retains its marketable condition, and is in complete packaging.
Items with individual engraving or a personalized dial are not eligible for return.
We will not be able to accept the item if it shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging.
Warranty
If you find a manufacturing defect — we will definitely resolve the situation:
• we will exchange the product
• or eliminate the defect
