Warranty Cases:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that are not caused by the watch owner.
Cases not covered by warranty:
• Mechanical damage to the casing, glass or strap
• Damage due to impact or dropping
• Moisture ingress due to improper use
• Natural wear and tear of straps, coating, and decorative elements
• Self-intervention in the watch's construction or repair by unauthorized technicians
If your case is not covered by warranty, we will still help. Our service center performs post-warranty repairs and selects the necessary components to restore your watch.
