Exchanges and returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason the item does not suit you, you can exercise your right to exchange or return it.
Returns are possible only on the day of receipt of the order and only in case of detection of a manufacturing defect.

Exchange and return conditions

Exchange or return is possible provided that:

- The item has not been used and retains its original appearance.

- There are no traces of use or mechanical damage.

- The complete set, original packaging, and marketable appearance are preserved.

Custom orders

Please note that personalized items made for a specific customer are not subject to return or exchange. This category includes:

- Watches with a personalized dial.

- Any products with individual engraving.

Warranty obligations

We are responsible for the quality of each product. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will offer you the optimal solution: exchanging the item for a new one or promptly fixing the defect. To consider a warranty case, please contact us and provide a photo or video of the problem.
