Shipping and payment

We ensure that the process of receiving your order is as convenient and transparent as possible. Each product is created with attention to detail, so we pay special attention to delivery times and safety.

Production times:

Since most of our products are custom-made, the order fulfillment time can range from 1 to 30 business days. The duration is affected by the complexity of personalization, the availability of the chosen model in stock, and the current production workload. After placing an order, we will definitely contact you to inform you of the exact readiness dates for your specific item.

Order payment rules:

- For in-stock items (without personalization): You can choose cash on delivery with a minimum prepayment of 500 UAH (the remaining amount is paid upon receipt at the branch). Full payment on the website is also available — this will allow you to save on Nova Poshta's commission for money transfers.

- For "Made-to-order" models and engraved items: Production or engraving is initiated upon 50% prepayment or 100% payment.

- For exclusive orders (Personal inscription on the dial): Watches with a completely individual dial design are manufactured only with 100% prepayment.

Delivery

We deliver across Ukraine using leading logistics operators. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
