Public Offer Agreement

This agreement is an official public offer from the online store woodenclock.store, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to enter into an agreement for the manufacture and sale of wooden clocks with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

 

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is any of the following actions:

- sending a message regarding the order

- confirming the order in correspondence

- making an advance payment

- approving the layout

- or other confirmation of intent to order the product

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Customer is considered to have fully agreed to the terms of this agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor manufactures and sells wooden clocks, including personalized ones.

2.2. Personalization may include:

- personalized dial

- engraving

- custom inscriptions

- logos

- other individual elements

2.3. A personalized product is a custom item created specifically for the Customer.

3. Booking and Advance Payment Terms

3.1. To reserve a place in the production queue, the Customer pays an advance payment of 500 UAH.

3.2. The 500 UAH payment is for reserving a place in the production queue and compensating organizational costs.

3.3. The advance payment of 500 UAH is non-refundable, regardless of the Customer's subsequent decision to cancel the order.

4. Refund Terms

4.1. In case of ordering a clock with engraving:

50% of the order amount is non-refundable, as the product has individual modifications and production has begun.

4.2. In case of ordering a clock with a personalized dial or completely custom design:

100% of the payment is non-refundable, as the product is custom-made specifically for a particular Customer and cannot be sold to another person.

4.3. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, individually manufactured goods are not subject to return or exchange.

5. Production Timeframes

5.1. The production timeframe is from 1 to 30 calendar days, depending on complexity and queue.

5.2. The timeframe may be changed depending on production workload or the extent of personalization.

6. Acceptance and Legal Force

6.1. The placement of this agreement on the Instagram page woodenclock.ua in pinned stories constitutes an official public offer.

6.2. Any advance payment, order, or confirmation in correspondence means that the Customer:

- is familiar with this agreement

- understands its terms

- and fully agrees with them

6.3. Additional written signing of the agreement is not required.
